Shipping

We ship all orders within 48-72 business hours after payment has been received.  The shipment of your order will be done with the outmost care, making sure that all products are properly protected and custom papers are completely filled out (if the order is going overseas).  We ship virtually anywhere in the world. As the contents of your package will be valuable, we only ship through secured and insured carriers.

All shipping fees are determined by the weight and overall volume of your order, in addition to the shipping option you select.  The shopping cart will compute the extraordinary rates we offer, allowing you to complete the purchase without delay.  Shipping charges take into account not only the stamp, but parcel insurance, handling, packaging material and our administrative services, that oversee the process until the products are in your hands.  Please visit our Shipping Information page for further details.

YOU WILL BE PROMPTLY NOTIFIED OF ANY OUT OF STOCK ORDER AND ITS FUTURE DELIVERY DATE.  ORDERS WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL PRODUCTS ARE BACK ON STOCK, READY TO SHIP.

Faxed Orders

If you prefer to fax us your order, please print our Order Form, fill it up with your selections and fax it to (305) 468 6162. You will receive an email or phone confirmation within the hour.

Payment Information

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS:  ANDEAN WARES WHOLESALE accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD, DINERS, JCB and CARTE BLANCHE credit cards or debit cards for web, fax and phone orders. Just select "Credit Card" as a payment method. Your purchase will appear in your credit card statement under "PATAGONIA IMPORTS".

CHECKS:  We also accept COMPANY OR PERSONAL CHECKS (US, Canadian or Mexican banks only, drawn in US Dollars) and MONEY ORDERS (US and International, drawn in US Dollars). We can process US, Canadian or Mexican checks online, via Vericheck. Just select "eCheck" as a payment option, and provide us with your check's information. Note that merchandise will be shipped only once funds clear.

If you prefer to mail us your order, you can use our Order Form (you could also print the checkout form with your selections already filled in, directly from your internet browser) and mail it along with your Check or Money Order to:

MONEY TRANSFERS:  You can also pay for your order using any WESTERN UNION authorized agent, and send us a money draft. Just select "Western Union Money Draft" as a payment option. Click here for detailed instructions.

 

WIRE TRANSFER:  You can pay for your order via a bank wire transfer.  Just select "Wire Transfer" as a payment option.  The complete instructions will be sent to you via email immediately.

Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging and come with the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise posted. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost. All price and payments must be in US currency. Please understand that all sales are final, with the following exceptions:

  1. Product Covered by Manufacturer Warranty:  Most items we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We include such information in the product details for each item, when ever available. The manufacturer warrants their products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty. Andean Wares Wholesale will assist with warranty issued within the first 30 days of product purchase. After that time the product manufacturer must be contacted directly to address all warranty issues. In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone.
  2. Defective Returns:  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase. If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose up to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly. A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer before we can accept it as a defective return. Secure Ordering

All online transactions at the Andean Wares Wholesale web site are handled with state of the art 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then is partially decoded when it gets to us (we only see the last four digits of any credit card). Our merchant provider receives the scrambled information to process your charge or debit.  That means that no human being ever has access to your financial information, therefore eliminating any possibility of mishandling or unscrupulous use.
